With the UNI System 8, if you wish to exchange your mobile phone for the latest model, theres no need for any additional installation. You can keep your previously installed base unit and if required, simply exchange the cradle, which only takes a few seconds.

  You will need the following 2 parts for a complete car kit installation:
  1) A Universal Bluetooth Cradle or a phone specific cradle (these can be found on compatible phone pages next to this car kit.)

  2 SPEAKER CHOICES AVAILABLE:
  1) *You can use the auxiliary speaker that comes with this kit.
  2) You can connect this kit to your existing car stereo speakers however you will need Bury AC 5120 Wiring Harness to transfer the caller's voice to your vehicles speakers.  If you want plug and play connectivity (do not wish to cut and twist wires), a vehicle-specific harness adapter cable is required.  Please contact us if you would like to order one and provide the following details: vehicle make, vehicle model, vehicle year, does your vehicle have a stock or amplified stereo, does your stereo have a NAV or Mute button present.  These harnesses are also available at most installation shops.
  
  *To automatically mute the radio during calls when using the included speaker, connect the yellow wire coming from the kit to the negative ground mute lead on the wiring harness. Your radio will need to support mute for this to work."
