As a CradleCare Premier customer, you will be assigned a dedicated account engineer for consistency and follow up on all your cases, with periodic case reviews provided. ** (applies to networks of 50 sites or greater)
Advanced Replacement
Keep your CradlePoint hardware solutions under perpetual warranty. While hardware failures are rare with CradlePoint technology, they do happen. Simply contact our Technical Support Center, we will assist in troubleshooting and if we cannot resolve the issues, we will priority ship a replacement part to you within the same business day, if submitted prior to 3:00 PM MST. Return shipping is pre-paid by CradlePoint.

Access to the complete online KB content filled with powerful guides, procedures and resolutions, including access to our library of video solutions.
Extended Warranty
The CradleCare Premier 3-Year Plan extends your product warranty from the standard one year to three years. You do not need to purchase a separate extended warranty with the Premier Plan
