Making a Case for Phone Protection

Recently we were consulting with a customer that is new to CAFL. They were explaining their business needs and how they wanted to accessorize their 3,800 devices. Then, the client said something that is worth sharing. “We need a better-quality case solution.” He continued, “we have tracked our employees who have purchased inexpensive cases and screen protectors, and yet they have placed orders for them again and again because they keep breaking.” Often this can get overlooked, but not with this customer. While every company has their own strategy, there really is a hidden cost that can be reduced by focusing on quality.
