A healthcare company servicing hundreds of assisted living locations in the Midwest reached out last December requesting help with a stressful situation:
After receiving a state grant, they placed a large order for iPads, cases and other accessories. The problem? Each facility was to receive a device and accompanying accessory bundle and the State required an itemized breakdown for each location - all before year’s end. If not, next year’s funding would be affected.
With only a few days remaining in the year, they turned to us for help. We fulfilled, invoiced and shipped everything they needed, executed on-time deliveries for each location, and created a detailed billing summary per location to help simplify the billing.
