Important Compatibility Notes

• This product is optimized for Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 and Microsoft Lync systems. If using this product with Skype or softphones from Avaya or Cisco, all call control would be done through the softphone itself and not the Calisto 830-M. The current version of PURE does not operate with the Calisto 830-M so you would not have capabilities for call answer/end, dialing or muting with any softphones supported by PURE (Skype, Cisco, Avaya, IBM, etc.). UC standard versions of the Calisto series will be released in May/June 2011.
• This product is compatible only with home landline/analog phone lines, not digital phone lines commonly found in corporate office environments. If you would like to use this product at work, verify that your IT department can provision an analog extension line for your office.
