Brand New Mesh Stylus Glides Across Screen Protectors

While tablets and smartphones provide nearly limitless opportunities for creative and business applications, the challenge becomes overcoming the limits of your index finger. While many remember the stylus as the clip-in accessory of old Palm Pilots and digital organizers, they are once again an essential accessory in a world teeming with touchscreens. These traditionally rubber-tipped pens increase allow for greater accuracy when handwriting, using applications, or just browsing the web. However, the responsiveness of rubber-tipped styluses can decrease when paired with some screen protectors by creating a rubber-on-rubber friction.

We discovered a new format of stylus that is sure to resolve this issue, particularly when used with the built-in screen protector found in Otterbox Defender cases. Armed with a metallic mesh tip, the new universal mesh stylus enables smooth scrolling, swiping and tapping on any devices, even those protected with a rubber-textured screen protector.

Benefits of a stylus include:

  • See more of the web once you’re able to get your hand out of the way
  • The tip on the stylus is smaller than your finger, giving you the ability to draw and write more accurately and easily navigate mobile web browsers and their smaller links
  • Customers can quickly and accurately sign for purchases using mobile payment applications
  • For those in cold climates, a stylus means you won’t have to remove your gloves every time you check your e-mail or make a call (unless you're sporting a pair of our fashionable and warm stylus gloves!)
  • Metallic mesh tip glides smoothly across any screen protector
